Digital goods policy
Digital gift cards are non-refundable once the gift card code has been delivered to your email. Because we instantly deliver a unique code, refunds are not possible after delivery. This is in line with consumer protection regulations for digital goods under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Undelivered orders
If you did not receive your gift card within 30 minutes of payment, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and either resend the code or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Technical errors
If a gift card code is invalid or non-functional due to a technical error on our part, we will provide a replacement or full refund after verification. Please contact support within 7 days of purchase.
Duplicate charges
In the event of a duplicate charge, we will refund the additional amount within 5โ10 business days. Please contact support with your order ID and payment confirmation.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback for a valid delivered order may result in account suspension. We encourage you to contact our support team first โ we resolve most disputes within 24 hours.
